In the event that a insurance claim needs opened it is the buyers responsibility to open the claim, We feel that once we place an item in the post office hand, that we have completed our part of the transaction, We will of course help in any way to get you the fastest payment possible. We have experienced one time where the post office wanted to visually inspect the item, which we did not have.It is a better plan for the person with the item to open the insurance claim.
