    Description

    Probably pre-WWII, Maruhon Ware Tomato or Pumpkin Teapot and two cups, which are probably not made by Maruhon, but by another company, since are marked differently..Teapot marked on bottom, including patent number, which you can look up to date. Hand Painted.In good condition,but probably missing wooden or wicker handle and some glaze wear at the edge ,underneath,where the top sits.Please note that there are some original glaze skips and in one case some particle trapped in the glaze,but these are all original to the making.Also note that the green glaze on the two cups--one is much darker than the other...the darker one also has a few very minor chips in the extra glaze on the top of the edge.Cups are 3" tall x 2 5/8".Teapot is 6.75"x 4".
