Shipping & Handling:
While we try to get the package in the mail ASAP, please allow 2 business days for handling while it is being processed. We use various carriers, choosing the one that has the best price and the quickest delivery time. Actual carrier may differ from carrier listed on listing. Although we are part of Ebay's Global Shipping Program, international customers are responsible for all customs costs and extra shipping charges.
We also reuse packaging materials such as boxes and bubble wrap to reduce environmental waste.
Returns:
Our customers have 30 days from the time the package arrives to return the item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Brand new items must be unopened to return. If an item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately, preferably with a picture of the damage, so we can refund or replace the item. There are no re-stocking fees.
